How to Locate a Vēmos Pay Order for a Refund in Toast

To process a refund for a Vēmos Pay transaction, you'll need to locate the order through the Toast admin portal using the Order GUID.


  1. Navigate to toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/home
  2. Click Finance in the left-hand navigation
  3. Select Find Checks & Issue Refund
  4. Click Find by ID
  5. Enter the Order GUID in the search field
  6. Click Search to pull up the order and proceed with the refund
