How to Ban and Unban a Guest
Banning a Guest in Real Time
- Scan the guest's ID.
- Tap Ban — displayed in red.
- Select a reason for the ban and add any internal notes for your staff.
- Optionally adjust the ban duration — defaults to permanent if left unchanged.
Reviewing or Unbanning a Previously Banned Guest
- Navigate to the Ban List tab in the app.
- Search for the guest by name.
- From here you can review the ban reason, internal notes, or remove the ban.
