How to Add Bans in the New Vēmos Dashboard

There are two ways to ban a guest from the Vēmos dashboard — useful if a guest is no longer showing up in the app's Day History.

Option 1: From Scan History

  1. Log in to your Vēmos dashboard at dashboard.vemos.io/auth/login
  2. Navigate to ID Scan in the side panel
  3. Go to Scan History and search for the guest
  4. Under the Action column, click Ban

Option 2: From Ban List

  1. Navigate to ID Scan > Ban List
  2. Click Add New Ban in the top-right corner

Note: Use the dashboard version if the guest is no longer visible in the app's Day History — the app only holds same-day data, so anything older needs to be banned from here instead. Tip: Many venues also use the Ban List to flag guests with outstanding unpaid tabs, not just fake ID or behavioral bans.
