How to Update Tip Amounts in Vēmos Dashboard

You can customize the tip percentage options that guests see at checkout in Vēmos Pay. Here’s how to update them.

Note: Tip amounts only apply when Auto Gratuity is disabled. If Auto Gratuity is enabled, no tip is added and guests will not see tip options at checkout. See How to Add or Remove Automatic Gratuity in Vēmos for more details.

How to Update Tip Amounts

  1. Log in to your Vēmos dashboard at dashboard.vemos.io
  2. Click the pencil icon in the Vēmos Pay Setup section to enter edit mode
  3. Toggle on Tips if not already enabled — if Tips is already active, skip to the next step
  4. Update the tip percentage amounts in the fields provided
  5. Click Save Changes
